The Alice in Wonderland mural in the Guest Lounge is like stepping into a psychedelic tea party! It sparked endless laughter as friends and I debated whether we’d prefer chatting with the Cheshire Cat or sipping tea with the Mad Hatter. This quirky charm added a colorful touch to our getaway.

The place was quaint, no complaints whatsoever, can recommend. The room was reasonably large with very good amenities. The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast here, I had basic dishes. The bed was very comfy, the staff were incredibly welcoming people on shift.

location: the hotel was short walk to dining options and spa facilities as well as all the main restaurants and shops. the staff was superbly friendly and efficient, they provided a great service.

This place offers beautiful views of the valley and is conveniently located in the center of a quaint and peaceful area.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of this city. The hotel had stylish rooms, with a comfy bed and high-quality coffee machine. Its restaurant served great breakfast and dinner options, with friendly staff. Also, the location was convenient to access all transportation.

A magnificent stay

The restaurant staff seemed a bit unorganized, and we felt rushed at times.

We spent our Easter weekend in a lovely hotel in Victoria. the complimentary champagne and chocolates left in our spacious room were a nice touch. the hotel's location offered access to stunning nearby trails and parks. We also loved being able to relax in the hotel's spa after a long day of exploring.

Although the restaurant's staff was friendly, the limited menu and high prices were disappointing. the loud music playing outside our room throughout the day and evening was intrusive and unpleasant, even with windows shut.

This hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the town by foot. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with amenities like deep baths and walk-in showers. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast at the on-site cafe is exceptional.

The restaurant service may need improvement, according to some previous guests.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. Considering the prices, the attention to detail and the central location in the centre of town, you really can't ask for more. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms have comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, with some even offering views out over the surrounding countryside. And to top it off, the breakfast included in our rate was delicious.

All was great, nothing to complain about.
